Neem Karoli Baba Ashram, also known as Kainchi Dham, is a Hindu temple and ashram located in the Kumaon hills near the town of Nainital in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The ashram is dedicated to the memory of the Hindu saint Neem Karoli Baba, also known as Neeb Karori Baba or Maharajji, who lived at the ashram for many years until his death in 1973.
The ashram attracts a large number of devotees, both from India and abroad, who come to pay their respects to Neem Karoli Baba and seek his blessings. The ashram has several buildings and facilities, including a temple, a meditation hall, a library, a guesthouse, and a cafeteria.
The ashram is situated in a picturesque location, surrounded by dense forests and hills, and offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere for meditation and spiritual practices. The ashram is open to visitors throughout the year, although the best time to visit is between March and June, and from September to November, when the weather is pleasant and the surroundings are green and lush.

From Kathgodam the drive to Bhowali takes approx One Hour and from Lal Kuan the drive to Nainital is approx 85-95 minutes.
