  1. I took a trip from Santa Cruz in Mumbai to Mulund West in Mumbai by UBER at 9:55am on 26 Nov 2022.
    The trip driver was Mr. Abdul Gaffar Sheikh, mbl no : 9967756076.

    We completed the trip and asked for the fare. He showed Rs. 352:00.

    I paid the fare by UPI using ICICI Bank app.

    Subsequently in the evening I found on the UBER site that there is still PAYMENT DUE of Rs. 352 for the trip in the morning !!

    I spoke yo the driver, sent him the Bank Transaction receipt screenshot but he refused to accept that he had received this money. I spoke to my bank, which confirmed that the money had been paid to Abdul Gaffar Sheikh, mbl no : 9967756076 and had been debited from my account and had to have been credited in the drivers account.

    Tried to contact Uber, send all the documents and screenshots asked but the issue has still not been resolved and am being asked to pay Rs 352 again and again by Uber instead of resolving the issue.

    It appears that this is a scam being run by the driver to get double payments by harassing customers. Also, despite a completed digital payment trail existing, Uber is doing nothing to help customers or investigate its drivers.

  2. I took an uber trip today at 11:00 from Department of Biological Sciences, IISc to my Home 928, 7th Cross, HMT Layout, Bengaluru using my phone 9448461299. Usually, the charge is about Rs.35/- but the charge shown was Rs.65/-. Please adjust the excess R.30/- in my next trip.

    I took a trip from Kothrud to PUNE RLY Stn by UBER on July 2nd, 2023.
    The trip driver was Mr. Krushna Ashok Jadhav, mbl no : 7948220866.
    We completed the trip and asked for the fare. He showed Rs. 300:00.
    Since it was getting late for us to catch the train, we paid the fare by CASH.
    Not very sure if the driver closed the trip or not.
    After reaching Hyderabad, I was trying to book a ride by UBER to reach my Home.
    To my utter shock, the UBER site is showing PAYMENT DUE of Rs. 342:47 !!
    Tried calling the driver of Pune, Mr. Jadhav. But, UBER gives a msg reply that the Mobile number is NOT ASSOCIATED with this TRIP !!!
    Not sure if it means my Mbl mbl or Mr. Jadhav’s mbl number !!!
    I had to shift to another mode of transport to reach home.
    I am really in a fix now about this issue of PAYMENT DUE.
    I tried sending several messages to UBER. But, instead of asking me to PAY the BALANCE amt of Rs. 42:47, I have been asked to PAY THE FULL FARE of Rs. 342:47 !!
    This is NOT FAIR in my opinion.
    Kindly confirm with the driver Mr. Krushna Ashok Jadhav on his mbl no : 7948220866, about our CASH PAYMENT and then decide the issue of payment due above & over the cash paid.
    Request your good offices to please send me the Payment due of Rs. 42:47, so that I can continue my further trips by UBER only.
    Expecting a prompt and an agreeable msg.
    I assure you that in future, the payment mode will not be changed to CASH mode.

    I booked the cab from Delhi airport T2 to my current place and the fare was 543 and it was a business cash trip. Apparently, when i reached my location the fare came out to be 895. I also cannot find the details of my trip on the app. Would be great if you look into this glitch as it is discomforting since i have claim for my bills.

    Need some immediate action. Have screenshots as well for supporting evidence.

Hi my trip was on 5th July i paid drive Rs 640 in cash + 227 also got debited from my uber wallet i paid extra to the drive but drive is saying no kindly check & help me with my getting my money refunded Why are you Guys not replying on this waiting for your call my number 9820653390 to connect with uber customer care is so difficult.

    I took a uber go cab in bangalore on 02 May 2023. there was a hitch in the app and had to cancel the trip. booked another subsequently through the app. paid 1200/- for the trip. unable to find the trip in the my trips section. pls help with the voucher/receipt. ur help section doesnt have any option for this.
