Today I have received the monthly pass to my kia car KA11N4740, but then proceeded to Mysore, after finish my work proceed to Mandya in same Ganangur plaza, but in paytm I have received message that Rs.155 was deducted. My question is when I have taken pass why the amount was deducted. Please solve my problem otherwise I will file suitable case before Mandya consumer redressed forum.

    • I have a pre existing fastag with idfc bank and apply for a new fastag from icici bank having car no OD02CF2854.BOth account is having balance 320 and 499 but the tollgate staff didnot receive fastag and disrespect us and take 280 rupees at pipili toll gate at bhubaneswar puri road.
