I have purchased an AC Cruiser 1.5 ton through Amazon, delivered it on 4th April,2024. After concerted efforts the representative from Cruise AC from hey visited on 25th April for installation. The rep when opened the packages it was noticed that in the installation kit the copper pipes and cable were not found in the packages. Then they purchased these missing items by paying Rs.3,700/- from my pocket and installed the AC. It has created lot of inconvenience and hardship to me. The AC and stabilizer arrived at Bangalore on 10 April and I was told the technician would install it within 24 hours.

I bought a split AC 1.5 ton LG from your layout on Amazon but the item is defective and not working because there is no gas in the compressor. Although I paid Rs 2300 for the installation including outer unit stand to the team sent by LG. They didn’t provide me any receipt. They told that other team will reach to fill the gas. We waited for 3 days but no team turned up. So I requested to replace the unit on line at Amazon. 3 more days have gone still facing the heat. Some one called me that he has been appointed for inspection but he completed the job without physical inspection.
Now as I got no response from Amazon after trying chating and calling with so called customer care executives, I am approaching you for the help. Please arrange for my replacement and oblige me.
