I have four Lazer geysers in my house. Last month there was leakage in one of the Geyser. On my request to your customer support , a technician named Royal Preet Gautam, one of your authorized representatives was sent. He replaced my geyser as it was within the warranty but he charged me Rs.2000/- .No receipt was given to me. He took another Rs.1000/- from me saying that he will give me a guarantee card for the new geyser. I think I am cheated as he dose not pick up the phone now and had not given me any receipt and he promised guarantee card. Please check and take suitable action to refund my money.
